2. Before use, you must check the circuit and turn on the 380 V power supply, 220 V power supply, industrial control machine power supply, printer power supply, monitor power supply and computer host power supply, and enter the working state after preheating for 30 minutes.

3. Check the anti-pressure fixture and put it in the test piece, check the hydraulic loading system and enter the automatic operation state for testing. After completing the test, print the results, turn off the machine in the reverse order of starting the machine, and cover the computer, industrial control box and printer with a cloth to prevent dust and waterproof.

4. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the fine-tuning knob of the industrial control box potentiometer in working conditions. When abnormal situations are found, the power must be turned off and the power supply must be cut off immediately, and the tester must be reported to the laboratory director and repaired by the manufacturer. The machine must not be disassembled.

5. The files in the cement pressure test machine computer are prohibited from being deleted and overwritten. The disks used in this machine must not be used on other computers. Other disks are not allowed to be used on this machine to prevent computer viruses.

6. Test operators should take care of the instruments and equipment, check, scrub and maintain frequently, and regularly clean impurities in the fuel tank.

7. The power supply voltage must be accurate during use;

8. The cables connected to the sensor of the cement pressure tester and the main unit must not have intermediate joints. If damaged, the cables must be replaced, and the wiring must be accurate;

9. When using it, you must follow the procedures specified in the instructions.

10. The motor must be turned on before the system loads. Press the "Start" key to turn on the motor and enter the test state at the same time. Press the "Stop" key in the motor running state, the machine will turn off and exit the test state.
