1. Prepare enough samples, with the length of the samples being about 1000mm.


2. Start: Turn on the computer first, then turn on the host computer.


3. Parameter settings: Select the test data option in the test report column; enter the environmental conditions correctly.


4. Clamping sample for steel strand tensile testing machine:


1. Turn on the steel strand tension test machine, press the power supply to open, press the oil pump start switch, start the oil pump motor, adjust the rotary handle of the oil supply valve to raise the test stand by about 5mm, and adjust the position of the lower beam through the button on the manual control box. The lower beam and the test stand have no less than 250mm up space for the test stand. Press the "Release" and "Clamp" button on the hand control box to clamp one end of the sample, then clear the load, and then clamp the lower jaw to clamp the other end of the sample. When determining the maximum tensile strength of the steel strand, an aluminum sheet of 1.5mm thick L14*14*180 with cartilage attached to the sample should be fixed on the sample at both ends of the sample, and then put it in the jaws and clamped it.


2. Clamping the extensometer, clamp the extensometer of the steel strand tensile tester in the middle part of the sample, and pull out the iron sheet that adjusts the extensometer range. After the load exceeds the yield strength during the test, tap the space bar on the computer keyboard and remove the extensometer to prevent damage to the extensometer.


5. Test process of steel strand tensile testing machine:


Close the oil return valve, monitor the rate display, open the oil supply valve to load, and in the elastic stage of the sample, the load rate remains basically stable and unchanged, and the load rate can be appropriately accelerated after passing the yield point. At this time, the load value, deformation amount and test rate of the sample are displayed on the load, deformation and rate display windows respectively until the test is completed. After the test is completed, press the hand control box to remove the sample. Close the oil supply valve, open the oil return valve, and press OFF to close the oil pump motor. Save and print the test results.


6. Turn off the main power of the steel strand tension tester, turn off the computer power, and the test is over.
