1. Question: The motor steering is reversed, and the rise button is clicked, and the beam is actually down.
Answer: There are two solutions: one is to change the software configuration and the other is to change the wiring. The following is to explain in detail.
Change the motor drive, depending on the type of motor;
A. AC servo motor: Enter the servo drive parameter settings, and one must be named "Pulse input logic inverse". Change the value of this item. It is absolutely not allowed to change the three wire sequences (U, V, W) output to the motor. The servo drive parameter setting methods of different manufacturers are different, please refer to the servo drive manual.
B. Two-phase stepping motor: Two pairs of lines (A+,A-) (B+,B-) output to the motor, just reverse the line sequence of any pair. The two pairs are reversed at the same time, which means that they are not reversed.
C. Three-phase stepper motor: The three wires (U, V, W) output to the motor, inverting any two of them.
D. Inverter: Three wires (U, V, W) output to the motor, invert any two of them.
E. DC motor: Excitation coil or armature coil, just reverse the line sequence of any pair. The two pairs are reversed at the same time, which means not reversed.
F. Two-position four-way proportional valve: two solenoid coils inverted with the three-position four-way reversing valve serially to the oil circuit.
G. Three-position four-way proportional valve: two solenoid coils that reverse the proportional valve.
2. Question: Inaccurate.
Answer: 1. Please recalibrate the force and refer to the aforementioned calibration method of force.
2. If the force sensor is broken, replace the force sensor.
If the AD conversion value is small and 4000, or greater than 9000, it means that the zero point offset of the sensor is too large and has been damaged.
3. Question: The displacement is inaccurate.
Answer: Please re-mark the positioning and shifting, refer to the calibration method of the above displacement.
4. Question: When the force is added, the force is negative.
Answer: There are two methods to exchange the direction of the force sensor.
Method 1: Software configuration: In each sample method, parameter force commutation is set. If it is 1, it will be 0.
Method 2: Among the four wires of the sensor, V+, V-, S+, S-, V represents the power supply, S represents the signal, and exchange V+ and V-; or exchange S+ and S-, and the two pairs of simultaneous exchange are equal to non-switching.
5. Question: The large deformation extension is negative when applied.
Answer: There are two methods to exchange the direction of the photoelectric encoder:
Method 1: Software configuration, change the value of calibration parameter 22. If it was originally 0, it would be 1. If it was originally 1, it would be 0.
Method 2: Actually switch the signal lines of large deformation extensometer photoelectric encoder A and B.
6. Question: When the speed is standard, the actual measured speed displayed feels wrong.
Answer: The displacement is incorrect, please mark the displacement first and then the speed.
