When the sample breaks, or when the oil return needle of the throttle valve is opened, the oil pressure of the working oil cylinder suddenly decreases, and the force measuring piston drops sharply under the force of the pendulum, forcing the oil in the force measuring oil cylinder to flow back. Due to the return pressure, the steel ball blocked the original oil inlet, and the oil in the force measuring cylinder could only flow back to the cylinder from the narrow passage of the oil needle, and the swing rod and pendulum slowly fell down, achieving a buffering effect. The conversion handle of the impact test machine is used to adjust the buffer speed, with markings at three positions A, B and C. When different load ranges are selected, align the three positions on the conversion handle with the markings on the indicator board to obtain the speed required for each level of range.
