it is known,Testing machineDoingLow temperature shock testAt the same time, the impact cooling medium is dry ice plus anhydrous ethanol. However, everyone knows that the melting point of the refrigerant is very low and can evaporate at room temperature. How will we control the temperature to extract dry ice in a low-temperature environment? Let’s share with you a way to extract dry ice in a refrigerant during low-temperature impact test of -75 degrees or above.
The steps are as follows:
1. A bottle full of carbon dioxide.
2. Find a 300mm rubber tube with a diameter that can cover the carbon dioxide air outlet
3. Put one sleeve and tie one end to death with a rope.
4. Wrap the other end of the sleeve tightly with the rubber tube, and the other end of the rubber tube covers the CO2 air outlet nozzle
5. Open the air valve to allow carbon dioxide to enter the sleeve.
The above is the dry ice extraction method. When the snow is taken, it is dry ice, and then added to a container filled with anhydrous ethanol. In order to test the accurate temperature, add the thermometer to the container and put the test piece in. According to the test needs, pay close attention to the temperature changes to reach the required temperature.
