Low temperature tank test steps

Experimental steps for low temperature tanks:

1. Add an appropriate amount of cooling medium to the cooling tank of the low-temperature tank

2. Place the clean samples neatly in the sample basket in order; then put them in the low-temperature tank and cold tank.

3. When confirming that the power supply is safe at the specified voltage and grounding, plug in the power supply.

4. Press the power switch and the power indicator light is on.

6. When the temperature is close to the set temperature, the electronic control system automatically adjusts the cooling flow rate to slow down the cooling rate. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the electronic control system automatically starts the insulation recording. When the insulation time reaches eight minutes, the buzzer sounds an alarm. At this time, the sample can be taken out for testing.

7. Press the "RESET" key on the operation timer to turn off the buzzer.

8. After the test is completed, press the "Cooling" button on the operating panel to turn off the compressor; press the power switch to turn off the power supply, and the power indicator light is off; unplug the power socket and the test is completed.
