Tension testerMethod for determining force value and elongation: According to the force value of the test machine, the standard tensile sample of the corresponding force value is clamped on the test machine, and the test machine is allowed to stretch the standard tensile sample at the speed specified in GB/T228-2002. When the standard tensile sample is in a tensile state, an extensometer or a strain gauge is installed on it, so that the standard tensile sample will continue to stretch. The extensometer or strain gauge will display the elongation of the standard tensile sample, convert the elongation amount into the tensile value, and then compare it with the same force value point as the standard tensile sample on the tensile test machine dial, and determine the technical status and accuracy of the test machine based on the difference in the comparison value. This method uses Hooke's law to compare the elongation amount of the standard tensile test sample into force value and the force value of the test machine dial to determine the accuracy of the test machine. This method greatly simplifies the verification operation process and brings great convenience and standardization to the daily verification of the original tensile state of the test machine.
