After the whole machine is powered, rotate the "Emergency Stop" button clockwise, the system is powered on, and the LCD display is displayed at this time. Then press the green light. (Liquid crystal will display load, displacement, peak, status, speed)

Displacement--------Shows the distance the moving beam moves.

There are three types of states: UP is rising, DOWN is falling, and STOP is stopping.

Speed ​​--------Show the current speed. You can select the speed you need by pressing the "Speed" key first, then pressing "+", or "-".

Press the "Load Clear" key to reset the load, and then press the "Rise" key or "Down" key to adjust the moving beam to the appropriate position. Note: After the "rise" key is completed, you must press the "stop" key before you can press the "fall" key again. Otherwise, the speed should not be too fast.

Install the sample on the auxiliary tool, fix the upper end firmly, press the load clear key, the load becomes zero, press again, and the peak value becomes zero. Then fix the lower end and select the appropriate gear and speed. (The sample must be tightened to avoid slipping, and it will be sandwiched in the middle, so that it will not affect the experimental results)

Press the "Test" key to start the test. After the sample is damaged, the crossbar will automatically stop moving. Sometimes you need to quickly press the "Stop" key to move the beam before you can stop moving. At this time, the peak is recorded in tolerance.
