1. Keep the equipment clean, strictly prohibit violent vibration or collision, do not disassemble at will, and the inclination must not be greater than 45° during handling.
2. Equipment must not be placed near high temperature or sun exposure.
3. Pay attention to moisture-proofing in the electrical control box and no liquid is allowed to enter.
4. Before starting the impact test, the cryostat must be sure to connect the ground wire to ensure safety; be sure to plug the power plug firmly to prevent burning the compressor or other dangers.
5. If the power outage or failure is stopped, the re-start interval must be greater than 30 minutes; when the room temperature exceeds 25℃, the re-start interval must be greater than 60 minutes.
6. If the compressor does not start, works intermittently, or suddenly stops after working for a period of time, please shut down immediately;
7. Impact test cryostat first check whether the power supply voltage is normal. If it does not meet the requirements, please repair the power grid voltage or configure an AC voltage regulator to achieve the normal operating voltage of the instrument;
8. Secondly, attention should be paid to the ambient temperature. This cryometer is recommended to use at an ambient temperature below 25℃. Excessive ambient temperature will increase the pressure in the compressor system. If the power grid capacity is insufficient or the voltage is low, it will be difficult to start at this time, and the interval between the two starts will be much longer.
9. Wipe the samples installed in the cooling tank of the impact test cryometer and do not bring foreign matter such as iron filings into the cooling tank to avoid blocking the circulation pipeline.
10. Before using again, the quality of the cooling medium in the tank should be checked. The appropriate quality of the cooling medium should be able to cover the copper tube of the evaporator (otherwise the evaporator will easily form frost, increasing the water content of the cooling medium) and reach the height of the stirring blades (otherwise the circulation will be poor). If the use temperature is low, please pay attention to the change in the volume of the cooling medium caused by the temperature, and the cooling medium should be supplemented in time.
11. After each use of the impact test cryostat, cooling medium should be released.
12. The cooling medium should be replaced regularly to minimize the impurity content and moisture content, otherwise the refrigeration effect and temperature accuracy will be affected due to poor circulation.
13. When pressing the "Power" switch, be sure to make sure the cooling tank is filled with cooling medium, and the temperature sensor is not allowed to be taken out of the cooling tank.
