This machine is developed according to the national standard GB/T2542-2003 "Wall Brick Test Methods" and is specially used for wall brick flexural tests. It solves the problem of inaccurate measurement or even inability to measure the flexural strength caused by the flexural range of the compressive tester and the problem of frequent replacement of the compressive flexural fixture. The machine is simple and lightweight, and uses a high-precision load sensor to measure small force values. It collects anti-flexural force values through intelligent digital displays. The loading speed is adjustable, and it has functions such as speed display and overload protection.

3. Functions of flexural tester instruments:
The force measurement system is a microcomputer control system with dual-screen display function, loading speed and force value digital display, automatic storage, can be queried, automatically printed, perpetual calendar and other functions at any time. It is also equipped with a micro printer that can automatically print test results. It has overload protection function, i.e. 2% automatic shutdown and power outage function with force value exceeding full scale.
A microcomputer screen display expansion interface is left, and customers can configure the computer by themselves.
This machine adopts hydraulic loading and electronic force measurement, and has functions such as digital load display, load rate display, load value maintenance, overload protection and power-off data maintenance.
