1. Method for zeroing on hydraulic universal testing machine:
1. Turn on the test equipment, computer, and control software
2. For the hydraulic universal testing machine, select the appropriate range according to the sample, adjust the oil supply valve to raise the cylinder piston, and repeat it several times. When the piston is rising and does not bear pressure, observe whether the test force value of the computer at this time is zero. If it is not zero, click the hardware adjustment button to adjust the zero point.
2. Precautions for zeroing of hydraulic universal testing machine:
1. When the zero point is too large, adjust the zero point first, and then clear the software in each gear.
2. When the oil cylinder has not risen, the test force shows a negative value, which is a normal phenomenon. Please do not adjust the zero point.
3. For the adjustment of zero point, it should be performed after the extensometer is clamped on the sample and the test piston is in a stationary state.
4. Under normal circumstances, the speed control personnel have adjusted the zero point of the sensor. Each time the start, the system will automatically calibrate the starting zero point without user adjustment.
5. Users can use the hardware zero button to adjust the hardware zero point, and the system will automatically record the new zero point adjustment value.
