Mortar tensile testing machine is a new generation testing machine developed based on the dry powder mortar tensile testing standards. This testing machine is suitable for various waterproof coils, coatings, rubber, braids and small-section metal filaments. Next, our technicians will introduce to you the operating procedures and operating precautions of the mortar tensile testing machine.
1. Operating procedures of mortar tensile testing machine
1. Before operation, check whether the rotation of the mixer is good. Safety devices, protective devices, etc. should be firm and reliable, and flexible in operation.
2. After starting, run through the air machine first to check whether the rotation direction of the stirring leaf is correct, add water first and then add material for stirring operation.
3. During operation, do not use hands or wooden sticks to penetrate into the mixing material bag or clean the mortar at the entrance of the material bag.
4. During the operation of the mortar tensile tester, the mechanical operation should be observed. When there is abnormality or the bearing temperature rise is too high, the machine should be shut down for inspection; if there is a fault during operation, the power supply should be cut off first, pour out the mortar in the mixing material bag, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot. Do not use dangerous methods such as tool prying to force mechanical operation.
5. The gap between the stirring blades and the bottom and side walls of the stirring material should be checked frequently and confirmed to comply with the regulations. When the gap exceeds the standard, it should be adjusted in time. When the agitating blades wear exceed the standard, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
6. After the operation of the mortar tensile tester is completed, clean the inside and outside of the mixer and clean the surroundings of the mixer, cut off the power, lock the mixer switch, and hang the power outage sign; when inspecting the mixer, the switch hangs the "Inspectoring, power supply is prohibited" sign, and a special person is assigned to monitor it.
7. The parking position should be selected for a flat and solid site, and the mixer should be installed smoothly and firmly.
8. Add water while adding the material during operation. It cannot be added before starting. The feeding should not exceed the rated capacity. When adding feed, the tool cannot collide with the mixer, and it cannot be inserted into the mixer to peel the material during operation.
9. Debris cannot enter the hopper of the mortar tensile tester, and the machine must be shut down when removing debris.
10. Clean the mixer after work, and fill it with lubricating oil when rotating it. Do not cause the motor and electrical appliances to get damp during cleaning.
2. Precautions for operating the mortar tensile tester
1. Please read this manual carefully before use and use it correctly.
2. After reading the instruction manual, please store it in a place you often checked near this machine.
3. When installing this test machine, please place it on a solid bottom cabinet or concrete foundation.
4. Please ground the grounding mark of the mortar tensile tester.
5. Before running the mortar tensile tester, please select the speed and confirm the load safety before using it.
6. The setting key of the mortar tensile tester is the adjustment force value of this tester, which is exclusive to the tester. Test operators do not touch it at will.
7. When pressing the Ascending and Descent keys to adjust the position of the chuck, do not be higher than 3rd gear.
8. If the power is turned on normally, press the rising and falling buttons without response, please cut off the power supply and wait for 5 minutes.
9. When this test machine is not in use, be sure to turn off the power supply.
The above is a related introduction to the operating procedures and operating precautions of the mortar tensile tester. I believe everyone has a certain understanding of this after reading it. In addition, after using up the tester each time, you will conduct inspections and clean up. This will not only save working time, but also effectively extend the life of the tester.
