Handling of displacement system failure of tensile test machine

Displacement testing technology is widely used in industrial production such as tension machine detection instruments. Displacement detection is the basis of mechanical quantity detection, and converting mechanical quantity into displacement quantity for detection is one of the important components of mechatronic technology.
The detection of displacement not only provides important data for improving product quality and production safety, but also provides a basis for the detection of other parameters.
Among tensile machines, tensile testing machines, and universal material testing machines, the traditional static electro-hydraulic measurement and control methods cannot meet the current requirements of hydraulic systems in terms of performance, operation, online monitoring and fault diagnosis, so the development of online monitoring and analysis systems is particularly important.
If you find that a fault in the displacement system is found, you must deal with it in time. If you can solve it yourself, you can solve it yourself. The editor will list them to you and deal with them in a targeted manner:
1. First check the displacement sensor of the tension machine, the tensile test machine, and the universal material test machine. Since the tensile machine displacement system adopts a three-closed loop control method, the circuit in the displacement system should be disconnected first to make it an open loop system. Then measure the feedback value of the displacement sensor. After repeated several times, the measured sensor feedback data is a linearly changing line to determine whether the sensor is normal.
2. Then check the amplifier unit. If there is no problem with the displacement sensor, you should focus on checking the tensioner amplifier unit, and the output signal of the normal amplifier unit should have a linear change trend.
3. If it is not a fault caused by the above reasons, check whether the computer software settings are correct; or recalibrate and correct the displacement system.
