1. Ball screw is one of the important parts of this machine. It is related to the accuracy of the transmission system of the test machine. The WDW series microcomputer test machine must maintain the ball screw after one year of use. It should ensure that there is sufficient lubrication between the screw and the ball nut. Once the oil lacks between the screw and the nut, it will aggravate the wear of the screw and increase the friction force. In the long run, the ball screw of the electronic universal test machine will be scrapped.
2. Regularly check the various sprockets on the equipment to see if their transmission and rotational performance are smooth. If there is looseness, the tightness state should be adjusted at the tensioning wheel.
3. Sensors and transmission systems are important components of electronic universal testing machines and the fundamental basis for testing machines’ detection accuracy. The sensor is the main component of the accuracy and invariance of the test machine. The electronic universal test machine realizes force value measurement through a force sensor, an amplifier and a data processing system. The former transmission method of the transmission system has a stable transmission, low noise, high transmission efficiency, high accuracy and long service life. The latter transmission method cannot guarantee the synchronization of the transmission, so the accuracy and stability are not as good as the transmission system. Therefore, the inspection and maintenance of these two components are also very necessary!
4. When using the electronic tension testing machine in daily use, it should be maintained from these aspects: for fixtures used to fix products on the machine, pay attention to frequently applying anti-rust oil to maintain its performance.
5. Because the fixture is used frequently, it wears faster. If the oxidation reaction is serious, the small piston will leak oil. Therefore, the fixture should be cleaned frequently and pay attention to anti-rust and oxidation reactions.
6. When using the interface on the controller, be sure to maintain the corresponding state accurately. Do not insert the interface incorrectly, which may cause damage to the equipment. Moreover, when plugging or unplugging the interface on the controller, be sure to make sure that the power supply is in a disconnected state, which is beneficial to the operator and the tensile tester. The connecting wire of the controller should also be paid attention to to maintain good contact performance. If it is loose or fallen, it should be reinforced in time so as not to affect the normal use of the electronic tension test machine.
