1. There are perforations with a diameter of ∮20mm on the column of the hydraulic universal testing machine. During lifting, you can use a steel rod of ∮20mm into the hole (Figure 1). Put the rope on both ends of the steel rod and lift it vertically. Do not put the rope sleeve directly on the cross beam to avoid damaging the test machine.

2.Testing machineThe anchor screw should be installed on a stable concrete foundation, with the holes left by the foundation anchor screws of 100×100mm; for four pits with a depth of 230mm, the anchor screws should be buried and the concrete should be poured into it according to the required size, and the test machine can be put in place after it is dry.

3. There should be a sufficient working environment around the test machine. Necessary protective measures should be taken according to the spring movement range and the flight direction after the sample is rushed to avoid injury accidents.

4. After the hydraulic universal testing machine is in place, a level of 0.2/1000 should be placed in the front, back and left and right directions of the beam, and then tighten the anchor screws. After installation, the measurement performance of the test machine should be checked before it can be used.
