What are the common faults of wire rope tension testing machines? The editor of this article will explain to youWire rope tension tester failurerelated questions.
During the rotation of the pointer of the wire rope tension test machine, it stagnates, shakes or does not return to zero. It may be caused by poor meshing between the tooth rod and the gear of the wire rope tension test machine. The meshing accuracy between the tooth rod and the gear is given by design and ensured by its mechanical processing, assembly and adjustment. Due to its own defects, such as not being removed from burrs, dirt, bending of the tooth rod, etc., and improper installation and adjustment, it will inevitably affect the meshing accuracy, causing the pointer to stagnate, shake or return to zero unstable when the tooth rod of the wire rope tension test machine drives the gears to rotate.
Another situation is that the swing shaft bearings, pointer shaft bearings, tooth rods and groove wheels of the wire rope tension test machine are not rotating properly, and the bearings and tooth rod groove wheels are improperly cleaned and installed, causing their rotational obstacles. Especially for bearings used in swing shafts and pointer shafts, friction caused by improper cleaning, lubrication or installation will directly affect the display accuracy of the wire rope tension test machine and the stability of the rotation and return to zero of the pointer.
