YAW-300D fully automatic flexural and compressive tester is a new generation of pressure tester developed by our company. It uses two oil cylinders of large and small to realize cement compressive strength and cement flexural strength tests respectively. It adopts high-precision digital servo valves, which have force closed-loop control function; it can realize equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading; it uses a microcomputer to achieve electronic measurement and automatic completion of tests;
The computer automatically calculates the results and prints the report. It has high control accuracy and good reliability, and can meet relevant standards for cement material tests such as GB and ISO. The system includes digital servo valves, high-precision sensors, controllers and software, with high control accuracy and good reliability. Meets the testing requirements of cement, mortar, concrete and other materials in GB, ISO, ASTM and other standards. It is suitable for the transformation and upgrading of microcomputer-controlled fully automatic hydraulic pressure tester or manual hydraulic pressure tester to microcomputer-controlled fully automatic pressure tester.
