The method to eliminate it is to open the oil supply valve to raise the piston for a distance, then close the oil supply valve and open the oil return valve, and then lower the piston. After circulating for a period of time, the air can be discharged before the formal test can be carried out.

The oil feed valve can be opened larger when lifting the test bench, so that the test bench can rise at a fast speed and reduce the auxiliary time of the test. When the sample is clamped and loaded, you should pay attention to the operation. It must be adjusted according to the loading speed of the sample specifications. It should not rise too fast, causing the sample to be impacted, nor should it be closed without reason, causing the load on the sample to suddenly drop, thus affecting the accuracy of the test data. When the oil return valve is loaded, it must be closed tightly and no oil return is allowed. After the sample breaks, the oil supply valve should be closed first, and then slowly open the oil return valve to remove the load and let the tester piston fall back to its original position, so that the oil returns to the oil tank. Note: Do not overtighten the handwheel of the oil supply valve to avoid damaging the oil needle.
