1. Create a new test record
2. Enter the test and sample parameters:
a) Fill in the basic parameters mainly include the inspection unit, the inspection unit, the batch number, date, the test ambient temperature, specifications, etc.
b) Select the test method and method: that is, select the specified height in the compression test method, find the corresponding point and force value
c) When testing the coil spring, parameters such as material, winding direction, wire diameter, and middle meridian should also be filled in, while parameters such as disc springs and leaf springs should not be filled in.

4. Set test parameters:
a) Height setting: measure the distance between two pressure plates, set the displacement button on the motor displacement display panel to input the pressure plate spacing
b) Speed setting: According to the standard: JB/T 8064-1996, the test speeds of different springs are basically as follows: compression spring: 200mm/min; lockable spring: 200mm/min; rigid lock: 2mm/min; elastic lock: 8mm/min. Looking at the above speed, the speed of the electronic universal test machine is not very large. Users must follow the corresponding standard requirements when setting it. Do not set a larger speed, otherwise it will lead to inaccurate test results.
5. Start the test machine. After the test introduction, the user can analyze the test structure, save the results to the database, print the report and view the test data.
Note: When doing the two tests of "Specified Height Measurement Value" and "Specified Height Measurement Value": every time you open the software, you must reset the displacement to ensure the accuracy of the displacement. When testing other materials, such as tensile testing machines and electronic universal testing machines, this step is not necessary to be operated because of the different test methods.
