This series of products is mainly used for compressive tests of metal components, concrete and cement components. Equipped with different forms of hosts for users to choose from. The computer and servo control system are used for control loading. The entire test process and various test parameters are automatically tested, measured, displayed, processed and printed by the computer according to the pre-designed program. It has dynamic display functions of load, rate, time and test curve.

5) GB/T50081-2002 "Standards for Testing Methods for Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete"
1. The test machine adopts manual control, hydraulic loading, electronic measurement, microcomputer display and automatic data processing, and can complete the compression test of metal and non-metallic materials. Comply with the requirements of the national standard GB/T50081-2002 "Standard for Testing Methods for Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete".
2 The hydraulic system of this machine is mainly controlled by the oil return valve handle, which is easy to operate and ensures safety. The test machine has neat and beautiful appearance, and the operating part and the indicator part are appropriate in height, which is convenient for the tester to operate and observe.
3. The main unit of the test machine adopts a four-column screw structure, with the oil cylinder underneath, and the motor drives the screw to adjust the test space; it is convenient to load and unload the sample and has good stability.

Use brand microcomputer, equipped with Windows hydraulic tester special software, to measure the compressive performance of various materials according to national standards or standards provided by users. The data collection, processing, analysis, storage and display of the test process are all completed by a microcomputer, and the measurement results are accurate and reliable. The test data is re-statistic and processed, and then the test curves and test reports are printed with various required test curves and test reports. The test curve amplification, comparison and traversal functions are provided, which are intelligent and convenient.
