The hydraulic universal testing machine is a universal testing machine with large loads and high practicality. Let’s talk about the precautions for installing hydraulic components of the hydraulic universal testing machine. There are mainly four aspects:
Before installation, the hydraulic components of the hydraulic universal testing machine must be cleaned with kerosene. The test pressure can be twice the working pressure, or 1.5 times the use pressure. During the test, you should conduct it in grades. Do not immediately increase the test pressure. Check it once every step up.
Second, check whether the sealing ring at the oil inlet and outlet meets the requirements. Before installation, the sealing ring should protrude from the installation plane to ensure a certain amount of compression after installation to prevent leakage.
Third, the directional control valve (the control element used to change the flow direction of gas or liquid in the pipeline is called the directional control valve) should ensure that the axis is arranged horizontally.
Fourth, the tightening force of each fixing screw in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic universal tensile tester must be uniform, so that the installation plane of the component and the bottom plate plane of the component should be in good contact.
