(1) Turn on the main switch.
(2) According to the material of the sample, select the corresponding load (measurement) range, hang the swing weight on the swing rod, and adjust the buffer valve handle to generate buffering of the corresponding load.
(3) Adjust the balance weight so that the etching lines (or sides) on the swing rod coincide with the etching lines on the etching plate, and the turrets are in the plumb position.
(4) Select the corresponding fixture according to the shape and size of the sample.
(5) Roll the coordinate recording paper on the drawing cylinder (when needed).
(6) Start the oil pump, open the oil supply valve, raise the workbench by about 15mm, and then close the oil supply valve. If the workbench is already in the raised position, you do not have to start the oil pumping first, just close the oil supply valve.
(7) Clip one end of the sample into the upper jaw.
(8) Start the oil pump and adjust the dial point to the zero point of the dial.
(9) Start the lower jaw motor, adjust the lower jaw lift to an appropriate height, clamp the other end of the sample into the lower jaw, and be careful to make the sample perpendicular.
(10) Put down the drawing pen on the push rod and enter the drawing ready state (when needed).
(11) Slowly open the oil supply valve according to the loading speed required by the test and conduct the loading test.
(12) After the sample is broken, record the data, lift the drawing pen, and close the oil supply valve and oil pump motor.
(13) Open the oil return valve and turn the driven needle back to zero after unloading.
(14) Remove the sample.
(25) Turn off the main switch power supply.
(16) Tests such as compression and bending can be carried out in accordance with the above items.
