Displacement calibration method of electronic tensile testing machine

Calibration is a necessary procedure for measuring the accuracy of instruments and equipment.Electronic tensile testing machineThe main ones include sensor calibration, extensometer calibration, displacement calibration, and velocity calibration. Today we will mainly introduce the calibration method of the displacement of the electronic tensile test machine. The specific content is as follows.
There are usually two methods for the displacement calibration of electronic tension machine:
Method 1:
Encoder pulse: Multiply the corresponding pulse parameters by 4 and fill in.
If the encoder is fixed on the lead screw, the encoder is rotated by one turn is equivalent to the displacement amount of the screw pushing the pressure plate (or beam) and the thread distance is equivalent to the thread distance, and the thread distance is filled here.
Method 2:
If the calibration cannot be completed normally, this method can be used:
①. Move the pressure plate (or beam) of the electronic universal tensile testing machine to move a certain distance, and use a caliper (or other measuring tools) to measure the actual movement distance of the pressure plate (or beam). For example, the actual measurement is 100mm, but the software displays 105mm; fill in the corresponding value into the "Apply" button and click the calibration.
②. Clear the displacement.
