Compression test: In contrast to tensile test, it is used to measure the pressure strength, relative shortening rate and cross-sectional increase rate of the material under static pressure. The basic requirement for compression style is that the two support end faces must be parallel to each other.

Test equipment: universal testing machine, force measuring instrument, tension machine, vulcanizer

Tensile test: also known as tensile test, which slowly applies loads to both ends of the sample, causing the working part of the sample to be subjected to axial tension, causing the sample to extend in the axial direction, and generally proceeds until it is broken. Tensile test can be used to determine the tensile strength and plastic properties of the material. Tensile samples must comply with the tensile test requirements for different materials by relevant national and industry standards.

Test equipment: Strength measuring instrument, tensioning machine, vulcanizer

Wire.
Four stages of stretching curves:
Stage 1 (0ab) - Strength meter, tensioner, vulcanizer
The PP value corresponding to point a in deformation stage is called proportional limit load. The corresponding Pe value of point b is called elastic limit load (resistance that does not produce deformation) 0-segment a-segment ÄL is proportional to p-line stage a-b-segment extreme microplastic deformation (0.001-0.005%).
Stage 2 (bcd)-yield deformation stage point c corresponds to the PSc-d waveform segment "platform".
Stage 3 (dB) - Point B of the uniform plastic deformation stage corresponds to the strength limit load (the load that can be withstanded) of the Pb-value material.
Stage 4 (BK) - The K point of the local concentrated deformation stage (necking) is the fracture load corresponding to the Pk value of the fracture point.
Bending test: used to determine the bending strength limit, elastic modulus and deflection in materials or components. It is divided into simple-supported beam bending test and pure bending test.
Test equipment: universal testing machine, pressure testing machine (equipped with bending accessories)
Shear test: used to measure the shear resistance of a material, generally used to evaluate the quality of the wire for rivets. The shear test is divided into single shear and bidirectional shear test.
Test equipment: Universal testing machine
Impact test: The energy difference before and after the pendulum impacts the sample is used to determine the toughness, active brittleness of the sample. It is characterized by its large impact force, short action time and rapid change.
Hardness test: It is a fast and economical mechanical test method. It is one of the widely used methods to measure the mechanical properties of materials. It is a test that does not damage the mechanical properties of the test pieces.
