The strain extensometer is composed of elastic elements and strain gauge pasted on it. When the extensometer moves under force, the electronic universal tester causes the elastic body to deform and causes the resistance value of the strain gauge pasted on it to change. The original balanced bridge loses the balance and outputs a voltage signal proportional to the deformation. Since the electrical signal output by the extensometer is extremely weak, it must be amplified before it can reach the required value. This work is amplified and converted by the A/D converter, and then sent to a monolithic computer for processing, and is displayed in a direct reading manner. The electronic universal tester is transmitted to the computer through RS232 at the same time to perform data processing. Since this set of deformation units has the characteristics of "a single chip as the core and few peripheral circuits", this system has the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, small linear error, and strong anti-interference ability. Reasonable design and good process layout make the amplifier extremely stable. Its monolithic computer unit connected to the amplifier, as the heart of the host, is responsible for the amplifier range conversion, data acquisition, data transmission, test method selection and liquid crystal display of the entire machine, and the digital quantization of direct reading. At the same time, these data can be output through the RS232 port, and instructions from other devices can also be accepted through the RS232 port.

Since the electronic universal testing machine adopts a single-chip computer control, this unit has the function of automatically zeroing. When zeroing, you only need to press the clear key on the main interface to automatically clear the entire process, and the clearing time is extremely short. Since this set of deformation units has the characteristics of "a single chip as the core and few peripheral circuits", this system has the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, small linear error, and strong anti-interference ability. Reasonable design and good process layout make the amplifier extremely stable.
