The domestic digital display measuring instrument industry will develop rapidly

At present, the gauge manifestation rate in developed foreign countries has reached about 50%, and is still increasing year by year. With the development of new technologies, digital display measuring tools are developing towards higher accuracy, more convenient use, wider application range and lower cost. According to industry experts, by 2010, the global sales of digital display gauge will reach 17 million units.

With the development of my country's foreign trade export of electromechanical products, the measuring tool industry has also emerged in the export of electromechanical products. Digital display with added value, high technical content, and mechatronic integration have also attracted people's attention. In recent years, the measuring instrument industry has grown at a rate of 6% every year. Special digital display measuring instruments have grown rapidly, with output from 470,000 units/set in 2000 to 1.75 million units/set in 2004, with an average annual growth of more than 60%, and digital display products are exported more than 60%.

Over the past 20 years, my country's digital display industry has initially formed the basic conditions for competition with international enterprises and has rapidly developed into the world's second largest digital display measuring tool production base. The output of grating digital display products accounts for about 30% of the world market, and the output of grating capacity accounts for about 20% of the world market. With the increase in the digital manifestation rate of the international market, my country's digital display and measuring gear exports have also grown rapidly. In 2000, 250,000 units were exported, and 1.1 million units were exported in 2004, with the growth rate more than quadrupled. It is expected that exports will reach 4 million units in 2010. The domestic demand for logarithmic display gauge has also increased rapidly with the development of my country's economy. At present, the digital display rate of my country's measuring gauge is less than 5%, and it is expected to increase to 20% by 2010, entering a virtuous cycle. In addition, the good prospects of the international digital display market, it is not difficult to foresee that in the next five years, the entire digital display industry in my country will enter a fast track of development.
