Methods for testing experimental results of electronic universal material testing machine
Calculation formulas for tensile machines and tensile testing machines:
1 The cross-sectional area of the dumbbell-shaped test piece = thickness (cm) × parallel part width (cm) 1KG≠9.8N
2 Tensile strength TB (Kg/cm2) = tension force (Kg)F/test piece cross-sectional area (cO)A
Tensile strength Mpa (N/mm2) = tension force (N)F/test piece cross-sectional area (mO)A
3 Elongation EB ( % ) = () Pinpoint distance L1 - original pinpoint distance L0)/originpoint distance L0×100%
4 Adhesion strength TF (Kg/cO) = peeling force (Kg)F/test piece width (cm)b
Adhesion strength TF (N/mO ) = peeling force (N)F/test piece width (mm)b
5 Tear strength TS (Kg/cm2) = tension force (Kg)F/sample thickness (cm)t
Tear strength TS (N/mm2) = tension force (N)F/sample thickness (mm)t
6 Tensile stress Mn(Kg/cm2) = load (N)F/sectional area of test piece (mO)A at a specific elongation
Tensile stress Mn(N/mm2) = load (N)F/sectional area of test piece (mO)A at a specific elongation
(The n-system of Mn here represents a specific elongation (%), for example, the M300-system represents tensile stress when elongation is 300%.)
7 Elongation (%) = elongation amount/original length (clip spacing) * 100%
8 Number of test results: 4 test pieces are specified, but if there are insufficient test pieces, 3 or even 2 can be used. In this case, the number of test pieces must be indicated.
9 The calculation formula of tensile machine: Tensile strength and elongation: Tensile strength and elongation, arranged in the order of the measured value. They are S1, S2, S3 and S4, and are calculated according to the following calculations: a. When there are 4 test pieces: TB or EB=0.5S1+0.8S2+0.1(S3+S4) b. 3 test pieces: TB or EB=0.7S1+0.2S2+0.1S3 c. 2 test pieces: TB or EB=0.9S1+0.1S2 9.3 Stress Resistance: Tensile stress is represented by the average value of the measured value. Record: On the test result table, the following items must be recorded:
A. Tensile strength (Kg/cm2), elongation (%), tensile stress (Kg/cm2).
B. Capacity (capacity) of the test machine. C. The shape and number of the test piece. D. Test temperature. E. Other necessary matters.
