4 reminders for selecting electronic universal test machine for small enterprises

1) Model selection: First determine the leverage value of the required test. The beam displacement and vertical experimental space required by the experiment (normal condition, beam displacement 898mm, vertical experimental space 1067mm). If it is an elastomer experiment, the beam displacement and vertical experimental space will be higher. The detailed conditions require the implementation requirements.
3) Selection of load sensor: Choose appropriate sensors according to the requirements I have made. The criterion for selecting sensors is that the small force value implemented cannot be less than 10% of the sensor's many ranges, otherwise you will need to choose a sensor with a different range.
Note: Under normal circumstances, the accuracy of the sensor is less than 10% of the accuracy of many layers and the measured data is prohibited.
4)Testing machineSelection of flexibility: Any mechanical system will undergo deformation after being subjected to stress. No matter how subtle it is, this deformation is called flexibility. And it can cause serious errors in the experimental consequences. Especially in high load experiments with small stroke requirements. Therefore, when selecting an experimental machine, an experimental machine with a higher stiffness ratio of beams, load sensors and fixtures should be selected to ensure the accuracy of the implementation consequences.
5)FixtureSelection: The choice of fixture should follow the criteria of: the sample will not slide, will not form clamp fragment cracks, and ensure the axial symmetry of the applied force. In some cases, the clamping requirements are very special, and specially designed fixtures or tooling are required to meet extraordinary experimental specifications.
