Deformation measurement of the test machine refers to a measurement system that measures material displacement and deformation through the test machine.

The deformation amplifier unit of the deformation measurement system is one of the main components of the test machine. Its main function is to amplify the weak signals generated by the sensor, process them and send them to a digital display table or computer, so as to record or display the deformation values ​​endured by the sample.

Most deformation units now use a single-chip 24-bit ultra-low noise analog-to-digital converter, which combines signal amplification and A/D conversion. Since this set of deformation units has the characteristics of "a single chip as the core and few peripheral circuits", this system has the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, small linear error, and strong anti-interference ability. Reasonable design and good process layout make the amplifier extremely stable. Its monolithic computer unit connected to the amplifier, as the heart of the host, is responsible for the amplifier range conversion, data acquisition, data transmission, test method selection and liquid crystal display of the entire machine, and the digital quantization of direct reading. At the same time, these data can be output through the RS232 port, and instructions from other devices can also be accepted through the RS232 port. Due to the use of single-chip computer control, this unit has the function of automatically zeroing. When zeroing, you only need to press the clear key on the main interface to automatically clear the entire process, and the clearing time is extremely short.
