1. Turn on the main switch and turn on the power switch of the test machine.

2. Clam the test piece in the jaw of the test machine, and the marking line should be exposed to the jaw.

The position of the sample after clamping should ensure that the longitudinal axis of the specimen coincides with the stretched center line.

Soft copper specimens shall not exceed 300mm/min

Aluminum, aluminum alloy and hard copper specimens shall not exceed 100mm/min

4. Start the test machine, the loading must be stable, the speed must be uniform, and there must be no impact.

5. When the specimen is stretched and broken, read and record the load, and take three effective numbers. Remove the specimen and align the fractures carefully, squeeze them tightly, measure and record the final gauge length.

6. Cut off the power supply and wipe and clean the instruments and equipment.
