Rules for picking and testing seat belts by testing machine

Testing machineInspection equipment adopts different detection methods for different materials, but each equipment must undergo a series of inspections before leaving the factory. The following is a detailed inspection process.

1.1 The factory inspection and type inspection of seat belts should comply with the following regulations respectively.

1.1.1 Factory Inspection

1.1.1.1 The seat belt must pass the factory quality inspection department according to the factory inspection items and be accompanied by a certificate of qualification before it can leave the factory.

1.1.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 4.3, 5.1, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.6. Based on the same variety and the same material, 2,000 products are in batches (less than 2,000 are also in batches). Any 6 seat belts are taken as samples.

1.1.1.3 If the inspection results of factory inspection do not comply with the provisions of this standard and double sampling is allowed for re-inspection, and the re-inspection is still unqualified, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.

1.1.2 Type Inspection

1.1.2.1 Type inspection must be performed when any of the following situations:

a. New trial production products of the manufacturer;

b. After normal production, when there are major changes in raw materials and design processes, which may affect quality;

c. Inspection is carried out once a year during normal production;

d. When the product resumes production after one year of suspension;

e. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection;

f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirements for conducting type inspection.

1.1.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out according to all items in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of the standards. The number of samples is 6 seat belts, six various metal parts, 2.5m of belt material, and 3m of stitching.

1.1.2.3 The results of type inspection should all comply with the provisions of this standard.

1.2 Samples that have been factory inspected and type inspected by 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.6 and 5.7 shall not be sold.
