Introduction to the standard of fire safety belt specimens

1.1 Belt sample

The effective length of the belt specimen used for 5.2 tensile performance tests shall not be less than 280mm, and the width shall be the same as that of the product produced.

1.1.2 The three belts used for the 5.2 tensile performance test and the three belts used for the 5.4 impact performance test should be pretreated separately for high temperature, low temperature, water immersion, etc.

1.1.2.1 Place the sample that is pretreated with high temperature in a constant temperature box, the box temperature is 60±2℃, and the constant temperature is 4 hours. The test should be completed within 3 minutes after removal.

1.1.2.2 Place the sample that is pretreated in a low temperature box, the box temperature is -20±2℃, and the constant temperature is 4 hours. The test should be completed within 3 minutes after removal.

1.1.2.3 Place the sample pretreated in water in the sink, the water temperature is the same as the room temperature, soak for 4 hours, take it out and wipe it dry before conducting the test.

1.2 Appearance inspection

The appearance quality is tested by visual inspection.

1.3 Specification Check

Inspection with steel tape measure, vernier caliper and platform scale.
