a. Turn off the oil pump motor, turn out the MS wire on the oil pump to discharge the air in the pump (with a small amount of oil) and then turn back the wire to the plug: start the oil pump and repeatedly lift the piston to discharge the air in the oil cylinder and oil pipe.

b. Pull the cold-bending support to both sides equally, and do not touch it when lifting and lowering the moving beam.

c. Install a spherical lower pressing plate on the platen, lift and move the cross beam so that the upper and lower pressing plates are about 20mm apart.

d. Start the oil pump, close the oil return valve and open the oil supply valve to make the platen rise, and slowly increase the pressure

e. Check whether there is any oil leakage at each oil pipe joint.

f. If there is oil leakage, tighten the joint at the oil after unloading the force.
