At present, due to the diversification of materials, more and more test methods are required, and more and more requirements for the control method of the test machine. For example: polymer materials needTesting machineFor speed control, building materials require load control, metal materials require load or deformation control, building components may require acceleration control, etc. From the automatic control theory, if the parameters of any link within a closed-loop system change, it will cause the working state of the entire closed-loop system to change, causing the system to fail to work normally. In order to enable the system to work stably, some control parameters (usually P.I.D parameters) need to be adjusted in time. Shifting is to change the amplification ratio of the amplifier inside the closed-loop system, which will inevitably lead to changes in the working state of the entire system. That is to say, after shifting gears, you must switch the P.I.D parameters to a value that is suitable for the current gear. But the problem is that in addition to gear position, this parameter value is also related to the sample, and the sample is ever-changing and different, so its specific magnitude cannot be determined in advance; in addition, control fluctuations will occur when shifting gears, which will have an impact on the test results. In the past, since high A/D was not available, data acquisition was the main contradiction, so grading was still used on multi-closed-loop test machines. But it is generally only divided into three levels, and it is very troublesome to use. Now, the problem of high-level A/D has been solved, and easy use has become a problem to be considered. Therefore, generally speaking, non-stage technology is basically adopted in multi-closed-loop testing machines.
