These two test machines have essential differences in performance and operation. The following are the requirements for the environment of the pendulum-type impact testing machines.

1. The use environment requirements of the pendulum test machine:

1. Please confirm the connection of the power supply before the equipment is running.

2. Confirmation of automatic water supply system.

3. Confirmation of the gas supply system.

4. There is no strong air flow when the equipment rotates. When nearby air needs to be forced to move, the air flow should not blow directly to the box.

5. There is no high concentration of dust or corrosive substances near the equipment.

1) The protection of the temperature sensor by the protective layer.

2) Protection of glass filter and glass nozzle (do not use needles or any hard objects to dredge the filter or nozzle).

6. Exhaust hole inspection.

7. After each test is completed, the power supply, gas source, and water source should be blocked to prevent the equipment from being in live standby state for a long time.
