This cup protrusion tester is mainly used for process performance tests of metal thin plates and thin strips to test the plastic deformation properties of thin plates and thin strips. Meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 4156-2007 "Metal Material Thin Plate and Thin Band Eriksen Cup Protrusion Test".
It adopts a composite oil cylinder with hydraulic clamping and hydraulic stamping; the sample automatically stops when it encounters cracks, making it easy to observe cracks; it has peak memory function, namely automatic memory of punch pressure and deformation depth; flip-type fixtures, punches and samples are easy to replace and load and unload.
GBW-60Z is a microcomputer-controlled automatic cup-burst tester, PC microcomputer operation control, and automatically complete clamping, stamping, measurement, calculation, parking, etc. according to pre-set programs and data.
