This cup protrusion tester is mainly used for process performance tests of metal thin plates and thin strips to test the plastic deformation properties of thin plates and thin strips. It adopts a composite oil cylinder with hydraulic clamping and hydraulic stamping; the sample automatically stops when it encounters cracks, making it easy to observe cracks; it has peak memory function, namely automatic memory of punch pressure and deformation depth; flip-type fixtures, punches and samples are easy to replace and load and unload.
The GBW-60B model is a semi-automatic cup-protrusion test machine for microcomputer screen display, which uses manual adjustment of the test rate, PC microcomputer measurement, calculation, digital display results, printing, etc. The cup burst value and test average of the material can be calculated and digitally displayed, the curve can be drawn, and the average of the test data and tests can be printed.
