The protective film tensile testing machine is a testing equipment for measuring the mechanical properties of materials. Operation process of protective film tensile testing machine:
1. Turn on the main switch, turn on the power switch of the test machine, check whether all parts of the machine are operating normally, and prepare for the test.
2. Before the test, the maximum load of the test should be estimated and the appropriate swing weight should be suspended. And adjust the buffer valve handle and align the marking.
3. The protective film tensile testing machine rolls the recording paper on the drum of the depictor (this item is only performed when necessary).
4. Turn on the oil pump motor, turn on the oil supply valve, close the oil return valve, so that the oil in the oil tank enters the working oil cylinder, raise the test stand, and then open the oil return valve to remove the air in the oil cylinder. Close the oil return valve again, open the oil supply valve again to raise the test stand by 5-10mm, and then close the oil valve. If the test stand is in the raised position, there is no need to start the oil pumping first, just close the return oil valve.
5. Clip one end of the sample into the upper jaw, turn on the oil pump to target the zero point, and then turn on the lower jaw motor to adjust the lower jaw to clamp the lower end of the specimen. Care must be taken to keep the sample plumb and in the middle position.
6. The protective film tensile testing machine lowers the drawing pen on the push rod and enters the drawing ready state (it is only done when the drawing is needed).
7. According to the loading speed required by the test, adjust the rotation speed of the loading speed indicator disk by twisting, slowly open the oil supply valve, and make the rotation speed of the loading pointer consistent with the rotation speed of the indicator disk.

After yielding, the movement speed of the movable chuck of the test machine under load is not greater than 0.5L/min.
8. After the sample is broken, close the oil supply valve and stop the oil pump motor.
9. The protective film tensile tester records the required values and lifts the pen.
10. Open the oil return valve and turn the passive needle back to zero after unloading.
11. Remove the sample after breaking, measure the elongation value, and carefully record it as the basis for calculation.
12. Cut off the power supply and wipe and clean the instruments and equipment.
13. Tests such as compression and bending can be carried out in accordance with the above items.
