1. First check the displacement sensor, because the universal tensioner system is a closed-loop system. If you want to know which part is a problem, you must cut off the loop in the system to make it an open-loop system. This can determine whether the sensor signal of the test machine is normal. At this time, the feedback signal of the displacement sensor must also be disconnected to make it an open loop. At this time, the workstation sends a signal to control the movement of the actuator and measure the feedback value of the sensor. After several repetitions, the feedback data value of the sensor can form a straight line, which changes linearly, so you can know if there is something wrong with the sensor.

2. The second is to check the amplifier unit of the universal tensioner. After the displacement sensor problem has been ruled out, because the universal tensioner system is a closed-loop system, the normality of the amplifier unit must be checked, and the method is to disconnect the output signal of the amplifier unit. Remove the output wiring, add a DC input signal to the amplifier unit, and then measure the output of the pendulum impact tester amplifier unit. After repeated tests several times, obtain linear change trend data of the output signal of the amplifier unit, so that you can know if there is a problem with the amplifier unit.

3. Finally, check whether the system settings of the universal tensioner are normal. Under normal circumstances, the stroke of the actuator in the workstation should be ±50mm. If it does not match this number, it is a problem with the system setting, and the system needs to be set again. If the display value on the workstation's display panel is still incorrect, it can be determined that only a re-positioning and shifting system can solve this type of problem.
