1. The oil volume of the tension engine tank is lacking. When loading to a certain load, there will be "puff" and "puff" movements in the oil return pipe of the oil supply valve, and there will be less oil and bubbles. When the load cannot rise again, no oil flows out of the return oil pipe.

Maijie recommends that you refuel in the pulling engine oil tank at this time until you see the oil level reaching half of the oil-visible window.

2. The oil pressure system of the tension engine has severe oil leakage. The oil leakage in the oil circuit system is generally at the coupling of the buffer valve, oil return valve, oil supply valve, oil pump and pipeline. Just tighten the screws after adding pads.

If the tensioner sealing gasket is broken, you need to disassemble it here to convert the new one. The gaskets should be made of copper or aluminum alloy.

3. The cooperative gap between the horizontal tensile experimental machine operating piston and oil cylinder is too large, and the gap is too oil spilled, which can be seen from the oil spill and other outlets.

The method is to thicken the viscosity of the oil. Assuming that the doubt cannot be handled, after passing the measurement, you should go to the consumer factory to exchange the piston and oil cylinder.

Generally, mineral oil of medium viscosity is used, which does not contain water, acid and other mixtures, does not form at room temperature, and does not thicken. If necessary, you can use a viscometer to measure it.

If the oil is used inappropriately, it will cause the valve and oil circuit to be blocked and may cause oscillation or pipeline leakage. The test machine should use oil as requested by the instructions.

5. The oil collector of the horizontal tension oil pump is not pressed on the pump body. In this way, each load can only reach the certain load, and the load cannot rise any further, and there is no oil flowing out of the oil supply valve return pipe.

Use a wrench to tighten the fixing screws at the rear end of the oil pump. If you still have any questions, remove the oil collector and add a gasket between the oil collector and the pump body.

6. The gap between the force-measuring piston and the force-measuring cylinder is large. When it reaches a high tonnage, it can be seen from the lower part of the force-measuring cylinder. Normally, there is no oil drop or intermittent drops when there is high tonnage. Assuming it flows out in a linear manner, it means that the force-measuring piston should be converted.

When observing oil leakage, you should pay attention to the difference between oil leakage at the joint and oil leakage at the cylinder plug, and you should not make a mistake by mistake.

7. The piston and piston sleeve in the oil supply valve of the horizontal tension machine are damaged or the spring becomes soft. In this way, the load base that can be reached by each load remains unchanged, and the oil supply valve is noisy. When the load cannot rise again, the oil output of the oil supply valve return pipe is large.

3. The horizontal tensile tester uses the cylinder reset key to make the cylinder piston rise or fall to the set position. When the displacement display position value is greater than the set position, the piston will drop when the cylinder reset key is clicked; otherwise, the piston will rise. Pay attention to whether the actual position of the piston is consistent with the displacement display position. Do not blindly use this key to rise or fall when the cylinder is actually in a high position.

4. After the horizontal tensile tester clamps the sample, do not "zero" the load value.

5. When clamping the extensometer, pay attention to unplugging the positioning pin and then adjusting the zeroing; when removing the extensometer, pay attention to inserting the positioning pin to prevent the extensometer from being damaged by artificial overload.

6. After the horizontal tensile tester sample is broken, if the program does not exit the test state and prompts that the test is over, you must immediately click the stop button to exit the test state.

7. After completing the test and exit the procedure, the wire tensioner should be shut down with WINDOWS before the power can be cut off; turn off the oil pump and let the oil cylinder fall to the bottom.

8. Be careful not to loosen the plug when moving the computer.
