Electronic tension machines are an important equipment in the research of mechanics of non-metallic materials, but there are many models of electronic tension machines, and different electronic tension machines can meet different measurement needs. 1. When the electronic tensioner is checked, when there is positive and negative error in the test machine's display value, the test machine's display value and the corresponding standard force value are generally corrected. 2. When the display value error is negative, it is linear. First of all, when checking, you should record the actual error values ​​of each calibration point. Then, when calibration is again during measurement, the standard force value of each calibration point is the standard force value minus the actual error value, so you can adjust it. 3. When the display value error is a positive error, it is linear. Using negative error, when calibration, the standard force value of each calibration point changes to the standard force value plus the actual error value, and then input it, and you can adjust it.

4. If the value error, whether it is positive or negative, is not linear, and needs to be calibrated by the above method and then calibrated by conventional methods, you can adjust it.
