The THAW series microcomputer controlled spring support hanger universal test bench is mainly used for mechanical performance testing of spring support hangers, constant spring support hangers, disc spring support hangers, support devices and other related products.
This machine consists of a four-column oil cylinder upper-mounted main unit, a piano-type oil source control cabinet, a test machine measurement and control system and a computer. The oil pump uses a low-noise and high-performance plunger pump. The tension and pressure detection spaces are located at the lower part of the host. The adjustment of the test space and the loading of the test force are achieved by moving the bidirectional oil cylinder. The test process is automatically controlled by computers. The spoke load sensor force measurement, high-precision displacement sensor test sample deformation, real-time display of computer screen, and automatic storage and printing functions.

The special ultra-long oil cylinder enables the universal test bench of the spring support hanger to complete the accurate test of the sample with a large deformation, and the T-grooves on the base can test the asymmetrically fixed hanger.
