Several categories of tension machine sensors

As a high-precision detection instrument, the tension machine must be checked when purchasing the tension machine. Sensors are one of them. So the editor of Ligao will introduce to you several categories of sensors on the market at present:

1. Spring sensing type. This sensor is usually connected to a pointer meter, such as a spring scale, a pointer-type push and pull force gauge, etc.; this force sensing method is generally rough, and it is more suitable to use in occasions where the accuracy requirements are not high, and the price is relatively low.

2. The spoke-type sensor has the same electrical principle as the "S" type sensor. Because its structure is strong and can withstand high tension pressure, our company usually uses this type of sensors above 10KN.

3. "S" type electronic sensor. This sensor is a voltage change caused by linear change in resistance after deformation of the material under force. This sensor has high accuracy and can usually be connected to digital instruments and computers. However, the material structure of the "S" type sensor is thin and cannot withstand large tension pressure. This sensor usually has a force below 10KN.

4. Hydraulic sensor. This kind of sensor is usually connected to the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic test machine. It is generally built into the machine and cannot be seen without removing the case. The range of this kind of sensor is relatively large and is generally used in occasions above 100KN; the range is small and inaccurate.
