1. Correction of the force value of the tensile test machine (tension machine): After entering the computer program, open the calibration interface, and according to the test start, take a standard weight weight and lightly hang it on the upper fixture connection seat, record the computer's displayed force value, and calculate the difference with the standard weight weight. The error should not exceed ±1%.
2. Speed correction of tensile testing machine (tension machine):
1. First record the initial position of the machine crossbar and select the speed value on the control panel (using a standard straight steel ruler to measure the crossbar stroke).
2. At the same time as the starter is started, the electronic stopwatch starts to count for one minute. Press the machine stop button while the stopwatch arrives. According to the time of the stopwatch, record the cross-load stroke value and the rate of each minute (mm/min). Observe the difference between the cross-load stroke value and the straight steel ruler, and calculate the cross-load stroke error value, which should not exceed ±1%.
