Daily maintenance of test machines

The maintenance and protection of the test machine is very important, which is closely related to the improvement of the test machine's service life and its insistence on superior functions. Therefore, in addition to having a dedicated person to maintain the test machine, the following items must be implemented: (1) During the use, we must study and discuss the imitation sheet of instruments. (2) All parts of the test machine should be cleaned. After cleaning the surface without paint, wipe it with gauze dipped in a little engine oil to prevent rust. Pay more attention to protection during dry season. It is best to use a cloth cover when it is not necessary to prevent dust from entering, especially the toothed rod guide wheels, oil, etc., and pay special attention to dust prevention. (3) During the experiment, unnecessary parts and equipment must not be placed on the test bench to avoid deterioration and damage to the instrument during vibration. (4) After each experiment, do not let the task piston fall to the bottom of the oil cylinder, leave a 20mm interval so that it will be used again next time, and air can be prevented from entering the oil circuit. (5) When all accessories on the test machine (such as jaws, indentation heads, pendulums, etc.) are not necessary, anti-rust oil should be applied and placed in a boring place. (6) The oil used in the test machine varies according to the region and weather. If the oil is not sufficient during use, the oil must be added according to the requirements of the imitation order. (7) If there is an oil leakage, you need to reflect on where the oil leakage of the test machine is, and whether the nuts at the screw caps and especially the oil pipe joints can be tightened. (8) Reflect on whether the blade on the swing rod can be on the support, whether the top of the force-testing piston can be pushed into the steel bowl, and whether the small belt on the force-testing piston can be normal. (9) Reflect on whether the lower jaw lifting limit switch and the load overload maintenance switch on the force measuring rod can be effective. (10) The test machine should be checked on time by a skilled organization authorized by a statutory organization every year, and it should not be used outdated. (11) Non-test machine operators should not turn on the thought device at will to avoid accidents.
