The test machine accepts test instructions, sample number, sample size and other sample information transmitted from the superior computer. The operator manually checks the sample number and confirms the sample number according to the order of the sample uploaded by the superior computer (there can also be manually intervened to select a sample). After the sample number is confirmed, the sample is clamped and tested.
The test machine system can automatically switch different test conditions according to the test instructions sent by the superior computer. After the test is completed, the test results are automatically transferred to the superior computer.

The main machine part is mainly composed of cylinder seat actuators, moving beams, welded frames, fixed plates, high-precision load sensors, displacement sensors, accessories and other components. The cylinder base, steel plate welded frame and fixed plate form a stressed frame. The single-outlet rod double-acting low-friction piston cylinder moves the front attachment under the action of hydraulic oil, thereby applying the test force to the sample. The rear attachment and the stressed frame are connected by a pin, and there is a manual step-by-step adjustment of the test space.
The frame has high stiffness and small deformation, which meets the requirements of tensile tests. The tensile test space is adjustable to meet the tensile tests of test pieces of different specifications.
