What should be paid attention to when operating the electro-hydraulic servo universal test machine?

The electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other tests of metal materials. It is equipped with corresponding fixtures to be used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, and anti-flexing tests of other types of samples. So what are the precautions for operating the electro-hydraulic servo universal test machine?

1. During the test, when the oil pump suddenly stops working, the oil return valve should be opened immediately to remove the test force.
2. During the test, if the electrical appliance suddenly fails and the start or stop button does not work, the power supply should be cut off immediately to stop the test machine.
3. Use of moving cross beams and adjust the test space. During the test, it is strictly forbidden to start the moving cross beam during the stress and unloading force, otherwise it may cause the lifting and lowering driving mechanism to fail.
4. When installing a bent support, please pay attention to calculating the distance between the support. The engraving line on the support is the position of the center line of the roller. Incorrect calculations may cause the connecting rod connecting the two support to be broken.
5. For models equipped with hydraulic chucks (configured according to user needs), the power supply of the oil pump motor should be cut off first when changing the jaws to avoid damage caused by misoperation.
6. Non-operators of this machine are prohibited from operating on the machine.
7. It is prohibited to start the oil pump under high pressure or check the reasons.
