The bottom of the buffer of the microcomputer-controlled pendulum impact tester is fastened to the bent plate of the frame, and its connecting rod is hinged with the transverse plate. When the sample is subjected to force and the pendulum is raised, the connecting rod hinged with the transverse plate lifts the piston. Under the action of pressure, the oil in the oil cylinder opens the valve through the oil hole on the piston, and the oil flows smoothly through the oil hole of the piston to the bottom of the valve. When the sample is pulled off and the tester pendulum falls back, the piston runs downward, and the oil pressure closes the valve and the piston. At this time, the oil under the valve can only be squeezed out through the gap between the piston and the cylinder of the pendulum impact tester and the oil outlet hole of the piston sleeve, thus creating a buffering effect.
