1. Overview:
This machine is developed in accordance with the provisions of national standards GB/T1499-1998, GB/T232-1999 and YB/T5126-2003. It can bend steel bars below HRB400 and below φ40. Its structural performance fully complies with the requirements of the test specifications. It adopts support roller and reprint bending devices. The support roller or reprint can be adjusted by the lateral auxiliary cylinder, and the center of the bend is convenient to replace, which is reliable in work and convenient to operate.
Main features: The machine is equipped with a dual station. When the sample is cold bent, after one molding, a pressure combined force is applied to the auxiliary cylinder to bending the sample through interference, eliminating residual stress, and reaching that the bending angle after unloading is more accurate to equal 180°.
