Operation method for using universal testing machineas follows:

1. Clamping of the sample When performing a tensile sample, first turn on the oil pump and unscrew the feed valve to raise the working piston for a short distance, then close the oil feed valve, clamp one end of the sample into the upper jaw, clear the force meter, and then adjust the lower jaw and clamp the lower end of the sample to start the test. When clamping the sample, the sample should be clamped at the size range engraved by the jaw. The sample should be clamped on the full length of the jaws. The positions of the two jaws must be consistent and fully fixed in the center.

2. Operation of oil supply valve and oil return valve

The oil feed valve can be opened larger when lifting the test bench, so that the test bench can rise at a fast speed and reduce the auxiliary time of the test. When the load in the sample is loaded, you should pay attention to the operation and must be adjusted according to the loading speed of the sample specifications. It should not rise too fast, causing the sample to be impacted, nor should it be closed without reason, causing the load on the sample to suddenly drop, thus affecting the accuracy of the test data of the electronic universal test machine. If the yield point of specification or other special tests are performed, the load needs to be increased and decreased repeatedly, and smooth operation is also required.
When the oil return valve is added with hormones, it must be closed tightly, so that oil must not leak back. After the sample is broken, the oil supply valve should be closed first, and then slowly open the oil return valve to remove the load and let the test machine piston fall back to its original position, so that the oil return valve should be returned to the oil tank. It should be noted that the handwheel of the oil supply valve should be too tightened to avoid damaging the oil needle. The handwheel of the oil return valve must be tightened, because the oil needle has a large obtuse angle, so it is not easy to damage.
